Your roleAs a Marketing Operation Specialist PCS, your mission is to contribute to sales growth for our business and improve constantly the customer experience, by proposing projects and actions understanding in advance customer needs.You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Sales team and the Service team to ensure, together with the team, the successful implementation of sales strategies.You willDevelop and manage the new Chiller Academy, creating and overseeing a structured training program for customers, partners, and internal teams to enhance technical knowledge and application expertisePromotion for distributors / agents, supporting the sales channel in the products promotion and their preparation about AC-EC product knowledgeCoordinate lead generation operations between PC; CC and hubs, developing strategies and tools which increase qualified leads and conversion ratesCoordinate in a cross-functional way the implementation of new digital tools, improving efficiency and customer experienceLead projects aimed at improving our sales experience and internal processes (CRM, e-commerce, digital tools)Support and digitalization of service processes to increase efficiency.This can be for instance on pricing and quotation processes to maximize customer satisfaction and revenueMonitor and report performance metrics, tracking KPIs for digital platforms, aftermarket services, lead generation initiatives to ensure continuous process improvementFollow-up the reporting preparation for the DivisionTo succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.You have 2-3 years of experience, working as a Business Development Specialist for industrial equipmentExperience in use of CRM, Digital tool for lead and market analysis is recommendedStrong communication and organization skillsKnowledge of industrial transformation processesExcellent use of MS OfficeOpen to short-term domestic travel assignmentsIn return, we offerCulture of trust and accountabilityLifelong learning and career growthInnovation powered by peopleComprehensive compensation and benefitsHealth and well-beingJob locationThis role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Castello D'Agogna (PV)Contact informationTalent Acquisition Team : Adele CorboUniting curious mindsBehind every innovative solution, there are people working together to transform the future.With careers sparked by initiative and lifelong learning, we unite curious minds, and you could be one of them.#J-*****-Ljbffr
