skills to the fullest within the organisation.What we expect from you, as a Software EngineerBecome a proficient user of our tools (React, Next.js and .NET) and platforms (AWS, Kubernetes, Prometheus/Grafana, etc).Training will be available to fill in any gaps in your current knowledgePartner with your Engineering Manager, Product Manager and UX Designers to size and break down requirements for new features and product effortsCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersEmploy design patterns, testing and automation to ensure fast and safe iteration cycles.Contribute to cross-team technology effortsRole model our values and help make sure TrueLayer remains an exceptional place to workThorough understanding of common design principles, and how/when to apply themAbility to evaluate, and implement various testing strategies depending on the situationExperience with UI integration/E2E testing, with frameworks like Playwright or
