Where passion meets opportunityThe best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sailJob PurposeSupport the coordination and administration of all learning and development activities (face-to-face, blended, and virtual) for MSC global shoreside employees.Assist in the design, development, and delivery of engaging, on-brand digital and blended learning content.Key AccountabilitiesAdminister and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data accuracy and smooth learner experience.Coordinate the annual L&D activities calendar, including training sessions, workshops, and virtual events across different locations and time zones.Support the design and development of digital eLearning courses (SCORM-compliant) for delivery on the LMS.Assist in producing learning materials such as training videos, activity sheets, PowerPoints, and workbooks.Contribute to the creation of internal learning communications to promote upcoming initiativesEnsure learning solutions are clear, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives and the needs of a global workforce.Collaborate closely with the L&D Senior Specialist and subject-matter experts (SMEs) to develop accurate, high-quality content.Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure timely delivery of all L&D projects worldwide.Suggest creative ideas and improvements to enhance the effectiveness and learner experience of programmes for a diverse employee base.Required Qualifications, Experiences, SkillsPrevious experience in L&D or HR coordination (1–2 years), or equivalent administrative/coordination experience, ideally in an international environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.Bachelor's degree and L&D or HR focused educational background.Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at onceFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with platforms such as SAP LMS is an advantage.Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 Suite) and willingness to further develop technical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with graphic design or video editing is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including subject matter experts, trainers, and global team members.Learner-focused mindset, able to view processes and content from the perspective of the end user.Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy.Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn in multicultural environment.Your EssentialsRight to work in Italy.Our commitmentWe are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to be their authentic selves.Our commitment extends to taking meaningful, measurable actions that have a long-term positive impact on our guests, our employees and our planet.Ready to turn your passion into something extraordinary?Join us at MSC Cruises, where new opportunities await.Apply today to be part of a global team that is pushing boundaries and achieving something remarkable.Your journey starts here#J-*****-Ljbffr
