The Ansaldo Energia Group is one of the world's leading power generation companies.Its core business is the supply and service of components and technological solutions for power generation with rotating machines.The company designs and manufactures turbines and generators, and provides service and continuous improvement.Headquartered in Genoa, the Group employs more than 3,300 people and has a strong international presence with more than 30 offices around the world.Ansaldo Energia is one of the leading players in the transformation and decarbonisation of power generation.Its turbogas fleet is already capable of burning between 40 and 70 per cent hydrogen, with the aim of reaching 100 per cent by ****.About the PositioThe position is responsible for ensuring technical leadership within the project, developing and coordinating technical activities inside the project team, supporting bidding and contracting definition phases and ensuring the respect of timeschedule and budget.Main responsibilitiesManage engineering design activities (conceptual, basic, detailed) ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality requirements.Support the Project Manager as technical interface with Client and Local Authorities.Ensure availability of technical inputs for all disciplines and monitor implementation of technical solutions.Control project targets (cost, schedule, quality) and regularly report status to Company Stakeholders.Ensure compliance with applicable Codes and Company procedures.Support on-site construction and commissioning activities.Support Project Team Technical Coordinators in suppliers managementRequirementsMSc in Engineering5–10 years' experience in Power Generation BusinessTechnical SkillsSystem Engineering (preferably plant fluid systems).Project Management methods and collaboration tools.EU directives for electrical/mechanical systems (LV, ATEX, PED, Cybersecurity).International mechanical/electrical standards (ASME, IEEE, IEC).Experience supporting on-site works and commissioning activities.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.Fluent English; willingness to travel.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngines and Power Transmission Equipment ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ansaldo Energia by 2xGet notified about new Project Engineer jobs inGenoa, Liguria, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
