Condé Nast is a global media company producing the highest quality content with a footprint of more than 1 billion consumers in 32 territories through print, digital, video and social platforms.The company's portfolio includes many of the world's most respected and influential media properties including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Self, GQ, The New Yorker, Condé Nast Traveler/Traveller, Allure, AD, Bon Appétit and Wired, among others.Location: Milano, MIThe RoleCondé Nast Italy is looking for an experienced Data & Performance Specialist to temporarily join the local Consumer Business Team.Based in Milan and reporting to the local Head of Marketing, the person will be responsible for the correct management of local and global databases and the related initiatives.They will ensure that data coming from all consumer-related activities of Condé Nast Italy are stored appropriately, and use dedicated tools to extract useful insights and detailed reports from them.Finally, they will represent a key point of contact between the Consumer Business team and other internal stakeholders (e.g. Editorial, Sales and Engineering Team) to ensure an efficient use of data for the improvement of existing processes and the growth of the local and global business.Please note that this role will join Condé Nast Italy with a fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover) of maximum 12 monthsPrimary ResponsibilitiesMonitor and coordinate all data activities across all brands and different businesses, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic prioritiesPartner closely with the Engineering team to support the implementation of new features, integrations and ongoing platform maintenanceDefine clear business requirements to enrich our marketing database with actionable informationConduct testing activities to validate that technical deliverables reflect the requested specificationsEnsure full compliance with legal and privacy constraints related to user contactability, managing the unsubscribe process as wellSupport both global and local developments from a data perspectiveCreate target lists and audience clusters by analyzing user interests, demographics and by using lookalike modelsDeliver detailed analyses that respond to commercial and consumer business needsDevelop predictive models focused on purchase propensity and high-value customer identificationProduce performance analyses and reporting across channels, brands and consumer initiatives, sharing insights with Consumer, Editorial and Commercial teamsShape targeting strategies and building clusters for CRM campaigns for consumer, commercial and event initiativesCoordinate paid media activities for Vogue Collection, subscriptions and other consumer businesses, including planning, optimization and monitoring in partnership with our digital agencyPrimary Skills & Qualifications2+ years of Digital Marketing and Data Analysis professional experienceMaster's degree in Economics, Statistical Science or Quantitative ScienceKnowledge of SQL/MySQL, Databricks, DBeaver, SPSS, SAS, R or other programming languages designed for data analysisExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google SuiteKnowledge of Looker StudioKnowledge of BI platforms (e.g. Power BI)Knowledge of DMP and CDP platforms (e.g. Permutive, Treasure Data)Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads ManagerExperience in applying predictive models and segmentation techniquesAbility to summarize and represent analysis resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and EnglishComfortable with handling email and conversation in English and being part of an international teamCommitment to meeting deadline datesPassion for Digital Media and MarketingWhat happens next?If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply below, and we will review your application as soon as possible.You can update your resume or upload a cover letter at any time by accessing your candidate profile.Condé Nast is an equal opportunity employer.We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, familial status and other legally protected characteristics.#J-*****-Ljbffr
