Company Description The Red House Company specializes in offering high-quality, self-catering apartments for families and groups traveling across Europe or staying in Venice.Our accommodations, designed for groups of 2 to 12 people, provide the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and the unique charm of local living.By offering our guests the opportunity to experience Venice in a more authentic and intimate way, we create meaningful and memorable stays.We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and ensuring our visitors feel at home while exploring the beauty of Venice.Role Description This is a part-time on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Venice.Responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support to the team, keeping records and documentation organized.The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, record-keeping, and organizing paperwork Legal and contract editing Data entry on specialized hospitality websites Excellent organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with office software and tools Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site role Fluency in Italian and multiple languages, including English, is a plus
