OverviewWebuild is a global construction player specialized in buildinglarge works and complex infrastructurefor the sustainable mobility, hydroelectric energy, water, green buildings and the tunnelling sectors.Webuild is the expression of120 years of engineering experienceapplied in 50 countries, in five continents, thanks to the talent of 91,000 people from over 120 nationalities.With atotal backlog reaching €65 billion(Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, ****), Webuild is a group guided by the passion for building and the pursuit of excellence, which renewed its commitment to building a sustainable future by applying its know-how to build innovative and valuable works.Webuild is hiring a Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert to work in theGroup Commercial Department.Office: MilanResponsibilitiesDevelop monitoring and forecast modelling of Group performance / KPI, in terms of offers, orders, revenues, win rate, and other KPI; and prepare regularly reporting documents;Continuously interact with Commercial Areas and Group Affiliates to constantly update commercial initiatives and maintain the commercial databaseSupporting the execution/development of the 3Y Commercial Plan of the Group according to the economic/financial targets of the Industrial Plan;Constantly improving management of information and monitoring processes for the Group commercial initiatives;Market analysis and competitive intelligence;Develop strategic plans to drive geographical and business lines growth;RequirementsMsC in Engineering and/or Economic, Mathematical and Statistical disciplines;5-6 years of experience, preferably in important consulting firms;Knowledge of the main mathematical models to apply to financials;Highly capable of managing complex files, navigating large databases;Excellent knowledge of Excel and its functionalities to develop modelling of KPI and forecast;Excellent knowledge of Powerpoint to prepare reporting documents;Excellent English knowledge;Willing to travel globallyAdditional SkillsProblem solving and quick-thinking skills;Strong results-oriented approach and attention to details;Capable of working under stress to meet tight deadlines;Knowledge of Salesforce and related systems;Knowledge of a second foreign language like French, German or SpanishWebuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All applications for vacant positions will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, age, disability or beliefs.#J-*****-Ljbffr
