Technogym inspires 70million daily users to train using our innovative & engaging solutions for fitness, sport and health.By promoting the Healthness lifestyle of exercise, a balanced diet, and a positive mental approach, AI Tracking & Longevity, Technogym has rapidly grown into a success story of over 2,800 employees at 16 branches, expanding to more than 150 countries.It has been selected as Official Supplier to 10 editions of the Olympic Games - from Sydney **** to Milano Cortina ****.Suppose you are a team player with strong relationship skills and an international approach, eager to invest your energy in building dreams.In that case, you have the right spirit to join Technogym because you have the IMBESTIOYou will naturally fit our culture if you work out and live a healthy lifestyle, are proactive, determined, and are digitally savvy.Move with us for a better worldYour RoleWe are searching for a dedicated Business Application Specialist to support the alignment of IT strategy with business strategy, focusing on the SAP Competence Center (SAP CC) and managing applications across OTC, Finance, and Industrial areas.This role involves close interaction with business stakeholders, providing technical support, and ensuring the effective delivery of IT services.Your ImpactAssist in aligning IT strategy with business strategy by supporting the SAP CC.Manage and support the application portfolio across OTC, Finance, and Industrial areas.Provide first-level support for SAP applications, focusing on order to cash, after-sales, indirect procurement, and accounting processes.Assist in project management tasks, including creating and reviewing status updates and providing project delivery status to the Business Application Manager.Help forecast, schedule, and assign resources to projects, maximizing utilization.Support the recommendation and appointment of external resources when internal capacity is exceeded.Work with application analysts in support of day-to-day operations.Develop and implement appropriate service delivery models for core application functions, defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers.Document and recommend improvements for how the ERP application integrates with other applications and interfaced systems.Ensure adherence to standards and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of application systems.Monitor the performance of applications within their domain and evaluate the performance of services based on specific KPIs.About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT application support or a related field.Strong understanding of SAP and its application in OTC, Finance, and Industrial areas.Proficiency in diagnosing and solving application issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with other applications.Basic project management skills.Technogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.We welcome applications from all members of society irrespective of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief.Discover your potential with a career at Technogym, where work means loving what you do, taking on challenges, learning from others, sharing a vision and making it come true#J-*****-Ljbffr
