OverviewDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoroWe're looking for aLegal Managerready to take full ownership of the legal function in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.This role is ideal for a hands-on legal leader who is comfortable combining strategic responsibility and day-to-day legal execution.You will lead the Legal function autonomously, reporting directly to the CFO, and working closely with Product, Security, Sales, Finance, and Leadership.Your RoleAs Legal Manager, you will:Own and lead the Legal function, defining priorities, processes, templates, and standards.Manage and mentor a legal resource, ensuring quality, autonomy, and professional growth.Act as the company's internal legal advisor, supporting strategic and operational decisions.Be the main legal point of contact for customers, partners, suppliers, and external counsels.What You Will DoCommercial & CorporateNegotiate and manage SaaS contracts with customers, independently assessing legal and compliance risks.Draft and review agreements with suppliers and partners.Handle internal corporate documentation (BoD minutes, resolutions, etc.).Support fundraising, investor negotiations, and M&A activities (data rooms, contract review).Regulatory, Privacy & CybersecurityEnsure compliance with key EU and Italian regulations, including GDPR, DORA, and core requirements of NIS2, Whistleblowing, Legislative Decree ********, and AI Act.Own and maintain privacy documentation (RoPA, DPIA, LIA, TIA, vendor appointments, etc.).Deliver internal training on GDPR and company contract standards.Support the Security Team during ISO ***** and SOC 2 Type II certification processes.Work with Product and Tech teams to ensure Privacy & Security by Design in new features and services.Cross-functional supportCollaborate on RFPs and customer due diligence processes.Contribute to the drafting and review of company policies.Continuously monitor legal and regulatory developments to prevent non-compliance risks.RequirementsMust-haveMaster's Degree in Law.Qualified lawyer (Bar admitted).4+ years of experience in top law firms and/or as in-house counsel.Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and make decisions.Strong experience with SaaS contracts, IT law, and data protection.Solid knowledge of:Italian Civil CodeGDPR and Italian Privacy CodeItalian DPA and EDPB guidelinesDORA RegulationFluent in English.Comfortable working with macOS and iOS devices.Nice to havePrevious experience in SaaS, IT, fintech, or banking environments.Knowledge of Bank of Italy regulations (e.g. Circular 285).Familiarity with AI regulation, Legislative Decree ********, and Decree *******.BenefitsLocation-specific benefits, designed around the needs of your local area.Work-life balance enhancement policies.Personalized career development and dedicated support to fast-track your professional growth.Cutting-edge technologies and a truly international environment.Working at Cleafy means being part of a group of people who support, respect, and inspire one another, no matter what.That's why we have been certified by Great Place to Work® (find our page on bit.ly/BestWorkplace-Cleafy).Cleafy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any kind.Our company is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.All employment decisions at Cleafy are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion or belief, age, family or parental status, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.Creare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca#J-*****-Ljbffr
