We are seeking afreelancer bilingual Virtual Assistantfluent inItalian andEnglish to manage customer support for our short-term rental business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting our guests and ensuring smooth operations.Theroleinvolves handling guest messages, assisting with check-in and check-out, and addressing general requests. Experience in the hospitality sector and familiarity with digital tools are essential.Thegoalis to ensure quick responses, a professional tone, and clear communication, following provided procedures and templates.Schedule:Weekly rotation shifts from Monday to Sunday, ensuring Customer Support coverage from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m(CET)Key ResponsibilitiesManage guest messages via PMS and Whats AppAssist guests during check-in and check-out processesRespond promptly and professionally to guest inquiriesFollow established procedures and communication templatesEnsure a smooth and positive guest experienceRequired Skills & ExpertiseCustomer SupportHospitality & TourismShort-Term Rental OperationsFluency inItalian and English(written and spoken)Excellent communication and time management skillsStrong familiarity with digital tools and online platformsAbility to work independently in afull-remote environmentWe are looking for freelancers or people willing to open a VAT number.Apply now
