Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Associate Product Compliance Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.The position is based in Naples (NA) or Tito Scalo (PZ).AccountabilitiesPrepare the dossiers related to fire smoke regulations EN*****;Be in charge of the Compliance Analysis in accordance with the regulations that control hazardous substances in electrical / electronic equipment and lifecycle assessment according to Regulation REACH ************ / EU) and ROHS ********** / EU as amended);Prepare dossiers relating to the regulation for the control of exports brokering technical assistance transit and transfer of dual-use items (EU and US Regulations);Develop innovative methodologies to be applied as standards in the design process of products and solutions.Required Skills & KnowledgeBasic knowledge about EN – Standard for fire protection for Rolling Stock;Basic knowledge about LCA Methodologies;Basic knowledge with management and understanding of information related to electrical / electronic / mechanical components;Able to work autonomously and be proactive in the management of the tasks;Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;Willing to work in an international team and environment;EducationUniversity Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferable), Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent technical / scientific background.LanguagesFluent knowledge of English.Additional InformationLocation : Naples, Campania, Italy | Job Schedule : Full time | Remote : No | Employment Type : Full-time | Vacancy : 1.We thank all applicants for their interest; however only those under consideration will be contacted.Hitachi Rail is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability or age.#J-*****-Ljbffr
