OverviewBenacchio nasce nel **** come produttore di stampi per la deformazione a freddo della lamiera.I valori e la passione di un'azienda familiare si uniscono alla volontà di crescere e offrire ai propri clienti un servizio sempre più completo.Con la seconda generazione, pienamente inserita nei ruoli chiave, si propone come partner globale per la lavorazione di componenti metallici stampati e sottosistemi.Alla storica attrezzeria di produzione stampi, si aggiungono successivamente gli stabilimenti di stampaggio, saldatura robotizzata e manuale, lavorazioni complementari sui pezzi, logistica e magazzino \"just in time\".La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'Ufficio Controlling/Finance e sarà responsabile di ottimizzare il rapporto costo/funzionalità dei prodotti e dei processi, integrando metodologie di Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) con attività di controllo di gestione.L'obiettivo è quello di ridurre i costi e migliorare la redditività, garantendo qualità e conformità agli standard automotive.ResponsibilitiesCondurre analisi VA/VE su componenti e sistemi per identificare opportunità di riduzione costi;Collaborare con R&D, Acquisti, Qualità e Produzione per implementare soluzioni tecniche ed economiche;Effettuare analisi costi industriali, monitoraggio budget e scostamenti;Preparare report di cost breakdown, analisi marginalità e KPI di progetto;Supportare il processo di benchmarking e analisi competitiva;Partecipare a workshop interfunzionali e negoziazioni con fornitori;Garantire la conformità alle normative automotive (es. IATF *****, ISO ****).QualificationsLaurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale o formazione Economia con competenze tecniche;Esperienza di almeno 3–5 anni in ruoli di Value Engineering e/o Controllo di Gestione preferibilmente nel settore automotive;Conoscenza di metodologie VA/VE, analisi costi e processi produttivi;Familiarità con strumenti CAD e software di analisi costi;Ottima padronanza di Excel, ERP e strumenti di reporting;Conoscenza del gestionale SAP;Inglese fluente (parlato e scritto);Pensiero critico, proattività e accuratezza;Ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione;Competenze organizzative e gestione di progetti.Contratto a tempo indeterminato, full timeRAL commisurata all'esperienzaLuogo di lavoro: Cartigliano (VI)Per candidarsi all'offerta invitiamo gli interessati a leggere attentamente l'informativa privacy#J-*****-Ljbffr
