Sales Representative - Central and Northern Italy EUR ***************3 giorni faSales Representative – Central and Northern Italy Sales Representative – Central and Northern ItalyMissions:Reporting to the Brand Manager Italy & Malta, the Sales Representative is responsible for developing sales and profitability within their region in line with the company's commercial strategy.The role involves implementing field action plans, supporting brand development through events and in-store activities, training point-of-sale teams, and assisting with customer returns and unpaid collections in accordance with sales management guidelines.1. Business Development and Client Portfolio GrowthIdentify and prospect new business partners (retailers, distributors, key accounts)Grow sales through existing channels and optimize market coverage within the regionNegotiate commercial terms in compliance with the company's pricing policyEnsure client loyalty through regular follow-up and a proactive understanding of their needs2. Implementation of the Commercial StrategyApply locally the strategy defined by the Sales DepartmentDeploy regional action plans: collection launches, promotional campaigns, commercial events, and visibility operationsAdapt offers and sales materials to local market specificities3. Performance Monitoring and ReportingPrepare regular reports on sales, budgets, promotional actions, applied pricing, and competitionAnalyze results and propose improvement areasEnsure the upward communication of market insights and field information to the Sales DepartmentParticipate in sales forecasting and budget planning4. Brand RepresentationMaintain continuous monitoring of the market, competitors, and consumer trendsAct as a brand ambassador within the region, ensuring brand image consistency and alignment with company valuesIdentify growth opportunities and local development levers5. Brand visibility ,Marketing campaigns, TrainingPromotion and participation in national EventsWindow dressing campaigns in agreement with the HQCustomer training or nationwide roadshows6.
