Sr.FinOps Analyst (Italian), Emerging and TransportationGar (Global Accounts Receivable) is looking for a proactive, customer- and detail-oriented Collections Analyst whose main responsibility will be to manage and resolve receivables-related queries received from Amazon customers.As a Collections Analyst, you will support Amazon's customers to resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts, and drive monthly collection targets.The successful individual is expected to be self-motivated, be a quick learner, have strong ownership, and earn trust with customers to facilitate timely payment.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding of Accounts Receivables processFollow-up with customers via emails and phone calls to ensure timely collection of payments for assigned portfolioMaintain detailed post-correspondence update on accounts receivable records to keep aging up to date, ensure credits and collections are applied, account for uncollectible amounts, and clear miscellaneous differencesCollaborate with various stakeholders (Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Customer Service) to resolve customer disputes and queries, and establish and maintain good client relationships both internally and externallyMonitor high-risk accounts and ensure timely escalation of challenges to managementContinuously look for ways to improve the customer experienceAssist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process by identifying areas of improvementMeet the monthly productivity goalsReconcile complex accounts and maintain excellent attention to detailA Day in the LifeHuddle with your team and Team Manager for quick updates, team stats, accolades, etc.Review your portfolio to find top priorities for the dayComplete tasks due for the day, contacting customers and collaborating with other teams for supportDive deep into issues encountered and escalate if requiredAttend review meetings or trainings as necessary and update your recordsBasic QualificationsDegree in Finance/Accounting/Business Studies or other related areasProficient in Italian and English business communication2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivables or other customer-facing department experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong communication skills, both written and verbal in Italian & EnglishAbility to provide exceptional customer experienceGood interpersonal skills and team playerAbility to take initiatives, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloadPreferred QualificationsDegree in Accounting/Finance or a related field2 years experience in handling business customersCompleted process improvement initiativesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
