Tech & Innovation Company (AI, Digital Products, Future Mobility)Team managementAziendaA cutting-edge tech company based in Milan is developing platforms and AI-driven solutions that are reshaping how the world moves, works, and connects.As the business scales rapidly, they're seeking an HR Business Partner to lead people-first initiatives, advise senior leadership, and manage a small HR team - a strategic role at the intersection of growth, innovation, and culture.OffertaPartner with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, and Data to design and implement people strategies that support business goals.Manage and develop a team of 2-3 HR professionals focused on operations, people development, and employee engagement.Lead workforce planning, performance management cycles, and strategic org design.Act as a coach and thought partner to leaders, helping them build stronger teams and scalable cultures.Drive employee engagement initiatives and oversee critical touchpoints across the employee journey - onboarding, internal mobility, retention, exit.Work with our global Centers of Excellence (L&D, Comp & Ben, Talent Acquisition) to localize and deliver high-impact programs.Use data to challenge assumptions, make smart decisions, and measure what matters.Competenze ed esperienza6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting tech or digital teams.Experience managing or mentoring HR professionals - you develop others and lead by example.Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.Coaching mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.Experience in fast-growing, matrixed organizations - scale-ups, multinationals, or digital natives.Fluency in Italian and English is a must.A bias for action.A sense of ownership.A belief that culture is a competitive advantage.Completa l'offertaStrategic scope + team leadership:You'll partner directly with top leadersandlead a growing HR team.Hybrid and flexible:We believe in impact over presence.Work from our Milan HQ and remotely with autonomy.Tech with a purpose:Our products help cities run smarter, businesses move faster, and people live better.Culture-first mindset:We don't do HR for compliance - we do it to build a company where people love to work.#J-*****-Ljbffr
