Strategic Staffing Solutions International client is one of America's Best Mid-Sized Companies (as recognized by Forbes), and a global manufacturer of circuit protection, power control, and sensing technologies serving the industrial, transportation, and electronics markets.About the job:- Support the development of battery disconnect switches and power distribution modules through product hardware design and electronics modifications- Coordinate product development activities to ensure successful design and launch of new products- Prototype, simulate, and test designs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams- Support mechanical design engineers, product, quality and the procurement teams in the product modification activities- Translate customer requirements into product specifications- Drive innovative technical solutions- Manage global stakeholders, both internal and externalAbout you:- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development- Proficient in CAD tools, ideally Altium Designer- Background in the automotive industry preferred; familiarity with IATF and ATEX standards is a plus- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal Italian skills and fluent in English.- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions- Proactive self-starter with a strong drive to learn and apply new concepts- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsOffered salary range: €45,000-€60,000 grossInterested?Apply and let's talk
