GC Advisory, boutique di consulenza finanziaria indipendente specializzata in operazioni di M&A, ricerca un M&A intern da inserire nel proprio team.Il candidato ideale si contraddistingue per la sua elevata motivazione ed ambizione, oltre che per capacità di analisi e relazionali.L'internship è finalizzato a un possibile inserimento nel team, con relative prospettive di crescita professionale nella struttura.Supporto nelle attività di analisi di mercato, di settore e market scouting, anche tramite database e piattaforme internazionali;Elaborazione di business plan e financial model in Excel;Redazione di documentazione e materiale informativo (Teaser, Information Memorandum, Management Presentation) in Power Point;Supporto al team nelle attività quotidiane di origination, strutturazione ed esecuzione delle operazioni.Laureando o neolaureato in discipline economiche, con preferenza per candidati che abbiano completato il percorso di studiAbilità nell'utilizzo del pacchetto Office, con particolare focus su Excel e PowerPoint;Conoscenza della contabilità e capacità di analisi di bilancio, nonchè dei principali metodi di valutazione aziendale;Inglese fluente, sia scritto che parlato;Proattività, curiosità e forte interesse per le operazioni straordinarie.
