Italia, Trentino-Alto Adigio, BOLZANO * BOZENIlGruppo Hofmannopera con successo da oltre trent'anni, offrendo servizi nell'area delle Risorse Umane.Attraverso numerose filiali presenti in 8 Paesi, siamo il punto di incontro tra migliaia di dipendenti e le imprese che operano in tutti i settori dell'economia.Con la società italiana Hofmann Staffing Solutions, il Gruppo, nel ****, approda al mercato italiano.Oggi è presente sul territorio nazionale con sede principale a Milano, Bergamo e Torino e con altre sedi operative e partnership che supportano e garantiscono il presidio del territorio nazionale.Per nostra azienda partner siamo alla ricerca di un profilo che si occuperà della gestione completa delle dinamiche legate ai software operativi a supporto del business aziendale, collaborando direttamente con i responsabili delle varie BU e funzioni aziendali e con i fornitori esterni.La figura avrà un ruolo chiave a supporto delle BU e delle funzioni di Holding nell'analisi delle necessità del business e nella selezione delle migliori soluzioni tecnologiche, anche coordinando, ove richiesto dalle BU, progetti che possono spaziare dall'ERP ai sistemi CRM e CMS.Principali Responsabilità:Supporto nell'analisi delle esigenze di business e al processo di acquisizione di software applicativi.Collaborazione diretta con i responsabili di BU e di funzione e i tecnici per comprendere e tradurre le esigenze di business in proposte progettuali congruenti con le linee guida di cybersecurity e conformi alle caratteristiche tecniche dell'infrastruttura.Guida e supporto al business nella scelta delle migliori tecnologie disponibili, assicurando un corretto allineamento tra obiettivi aziendali e soluzioni IT.Raccolta e analisi approfondita dei dati per la realizzazione di progetti utilizzando tecniche di Project Management avanzato.Collaborazione con i team di infrastruttura IT e Cybersecurity per garantire che le risorse assegnate ai progetti siano adeguate e che gli applicativi siano sempre sicuri e conformi alle politiche interne.Cosa richiediamo?Esperienza nella progettazione, realizzazione e integrazione di software gestionali (ERP, CRM, CMS).Esperienza nella gestione di fornitori esterni e nella supervisione di progetti di implementazione e installazione software.Titoli preferenziali: Certificazioni project management, esperienza con sistemi ERP, CRM, CMS.Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato; Inquadramento e RAL commisurati.#J-*****-Ljbffr
