Head of Operations (Hybrid Performance-Based)About Sensory DesignSensory Design is an AI-driven creative Innovation Lab that blends human emotion, design and artificial intelligence.We build products and experiences where creativity meets technology, including:Alteryon (AI-powered digital avatars)Feelkits (multisensory experiences)With the launch of Alteryon in November ****, we are expanding our capacity and building an autonomous operational structure under the Chora Group.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Head of Operations to structure, optimise and manage Sensory Design's production workflows, delivery processes, and operational backbone.This role is ideal for someone hands-on, structured, entrepreneurial, and used to working in early-stage environments or creative/AI-driven teams.You will be responsible for building the operational ecosystem that will enable Sensory Design to scale independently.This is not a traditional job – it's a partnership opportunity for someone who wants to grow a next-generation AI brand from the inside out.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimise operational workflows for all product lines (Alteryon, Feelkits, etc.)Lead project coordination, scheduling, delivery timelines and quality controlImplement SOPs, automation tools, and resource planning systemsCoordinate internal teams (AI, design, video) and external talentSupport the founder in transforming Sensory Design into an autonomous, scalable entityTrack operational KPIs and continuously improve efficiency and output qualityRequirementsStrong background in operations, project management or production management (creative agencies, AI content teams, digital studios, tech)Excellent organisational and process-design skillsHigh ownership, autonomy and ability to operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environmentExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teamsFluency in English (Italian/German a plus)Interest in AI content creation (avatar, video, generative workflows)BenefitsHybrid performance-based collaboration (freelance contract).Compensation tied to measurable operational KPIs and business results.Phantom Share Plan up to 2%, tied to milestones such as:implementation of core processes and SOPsoperational efficiency improvementsdelivery KPIsClear growth path to COO / Operations Lead within 6-12 months.Work directly with the founder and growth team in a remote-friendly position (EU time zone).Additional DetailsSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: ContractJob function: Production |Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
