ABOUT MUSIXMATCH:Musixmatch is the leading music metadata company, featuring the world's largest lyrics catalog and a community of over 80M contributors.Musixmatch is the trusted global partner of companies like Spotify, Apple, Amazon Music, Meta, Google, MTV, Shazam, Vevo, Tidal, Snapchat and has a partnership with more than 100,000 music publishers including Sony/Music Publishing, Universal Music Publishing, Warner/Chappell, Kobalt, BMG Rights, and the Harry Fox Agency.We are a bunch of creatives who care about our work and what we do.We believe that participation and collaboration are key to getting things done well.We are looking for tech-savvy people who are eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, who have an international outlook on life, and who love taking on new challenges.About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our catalogue of song lyrics.You'll review, correct, and enhance lyric metadata to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across platforms.If you thrive in cross-functional environments, enjoy organizing complex datasets, and love combining music with operations, this role is for you.You'll work closely with Internal Service Managers, Commercial, Operations, and Content teams to support data flows, documentation, and reporting that drive business decisions.What You'll DoAudit and clean lyric content for formatting and metadataNormalize and tag lyrics (e.g., section labeling, explicit content, language)Maintain metadata accuracy across platformsAlign lyrics across DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, etc.)Prepare and manipulate large datasets using internal/external toolsCreate and maintain internal docs and client-facing flowsSupport Commercial teams with quick data/documentation turnaroundsGenerate reports, dashboards, and summaries for key stakeholdersAssist Service Managers on ops tasks and project follow-upsWhat We're Looking ForFluency in English (written & spoken); strong copy-editing skillsProficiency with Excel/Sheets, CMS, or content databasesData literacy and comfort with numerical/structured dataAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience working with or supporting external clientsInterest or experience in tools like Coda, Google Suite, N8N, Tableau, Quicksight, LLMsBonus PointsBackground in working with multilingual or genre-diverse cataloguesThis role is open to candidates belonging to protected categories under Law ***** (Article 1).WHAT WE OFFER:Flexible holiday planRemote working, flexible scheduleHome office setupTop-class tech and equipmentCompany-wide retreat once per yearExposure to all parts of the business — your work actually mattersDISCLAIMER:We would like to thank all applicants for their interest and time.Due to the significant amount of applications we receive, unfortunately, it is not possible to answer every applicant.We assure you that we will contact you should you be selected to move forward in the recruitment process.#J-*****-Ljbffr
