As Acquera Yachting continues to grow, we're on the lookout for a highly motivated candidate to take on the role of IT Support Technician at our Venice office.RoleThe IT Support Technician is meant to ensure the operation of the IT infrastructure through the use of resources in order to improve the activities of the group and to preserve its continuity.It analyses and offers hardware and software solution based on the needs of the various offices and solutions available on the market, trying as such as possible to find uniform solutions, also with a view to cost optimization with the aim of making the most immediate, clear and usable of the system.ResponsibilitiesFirst-level technical support for PCs, printers, mobile devices and peripheralsRemote technical support via dedicated RDP toolsSoftware installation, configuration and updating, management of updates and security patchesTicketing management and ability to document operating procedures (FAQ)Onboarding / offboarding activities, including provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts and devicesDiagnosing and repairing faultsResolving network issuesSpeaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problemParticipating in IT infrastructure projectsRequirementsMinimum 1-2 years of experience in the first level helpdeskHands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and installationKnowledge and management of the main Microsoft / iOS / Linux operating systemsBasic skills in Active Directory (account creation, groups, password reset, GPO)Fundamentals of networking (DNS, DHCP, network sharing)Proficiency in English; spoken and writtenInitiative and proactive approachProblem-solving skillsStrong time flexibilityIf you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity and be part of the technological innovation in the yachting industry, apply now to join our dynamic team at Acquera Yachting in Venice, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
