Then come work with us and be part of MSC's familyTo support our ongoing growth, we are looking for aSenior Software Testerwith strong analytical skills, a passion for software quality, and experience in validating complex enterprise applications.The ideal candidate has a solid background in manual and automated testing, strong knowledge of testing strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment.As a Senior Tester, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure that our software solutions meet the highest quality standards across all delivery phases.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios for complex enterprise applications• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing• Participate in analysis, refinement, and review sessions with development and product teams• Analyze requirements and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential areas of risk• Collaborate daily with global teams to ensure quality and timely delivery• Contribute to the definition and improvement of testing processes, standards, and best practices• Support the adoption of automation frameworks and maintain automated test suites• Document defects clearly, track progress, and verify resolutions• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the QA Community of PracticeQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance roles• Strong experience in functional and regression testing of complex applications• Knowledge of test design techniques, testing methodologies, and QA best practices• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail)• Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)• Understanding of API testing using tools like Postman or similar• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills• Fluency in English (oral and written)NICE TO HAVE:• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6)• Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Python)• Experience testing microservices-based systems• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies is a plusWhat we offerWe offer a range of benefits including new Learning opportunities, a comprehensive Welfare System, Life and Health Insurance, Modern Workstation and Discounts within the MSC group.Moreover, MSC Technology Italy fosters a culture of innovation and wellbeing by simultaneously pursuing various initiatives.
