goals—especially during high-pressure situations or when facing complex challengesDelivery EnablementIdentify and remove obstacles to progress, facilitate practical solutions, and ensure that security is an enabler for digital operations rather than a barrierWork with the team to embed security into project delivery from the outset which will be done in coordination with the Security in Projects team (SIP.)Fostering Team BehaviorsPromote and model the right security behaviors, encouraging a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvementHelp teams adopt practices that support both operational excellence and robust cybersecurityStakeholder ManagementServe as a key member of the Digital Operations management team, building strong relationships across domains and functionsEngage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, navigating complex or sensitive topics with diplomacy and a solution-oriented mindsetSolution-Oriented ApproachWhen challenges or sensitive issues arise, actively seek alternatives and facilitate progress, rather than simply enforcing boundariesEncourage creative problem-solving and help teams find secure paths forwardCompliance & Process AlignmentEnsure that all digital operations adhere to relevant internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Integrate compliance and process alignment into broader delivery and innovation activitiesThis will be conducted in close alignment with the CISO Office Security in Projects Team (SIP.)Continuous Assessment & ImprovementRegularly assess current security practices, identify areas for enhancement, and drive the adoption of improved processes and technologiesSupport teams in implementing changes that strengthen both security and operational performanceYou will bring :Education and experienceBachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in Information Security, IT operations or related rolesStrong knowledge of security frameworks, vulnerability management and compliance assessmentsExcellent communication, collaboration and organizational skillsAbility to lead cross-functional security initiatives and drive resultsRelevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plusSkills and behavioral competenciesAnalytical thinking and problem solvingAttention to detailProactive risk managementStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLanguage skillsFluent EnglishFrench is a plusYou will get
