Financial Reporting & Control Analyst page is loaded## Financial Reporting & Control Analystlocations: Milantime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R At dentsu we are looking for a Junior Financial & Reporting Controller to join our team in Milan office reporting to the Senior Financial Reporting & Controller.The purpose of this role is to perform and support the Financial reporting and control activities required each month and quarter end, working closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis ("FP&A") organization; assist in management ofprocesses and controls in adherence with dentsu Internal Control Framework ("ICF"), best in class standards and industry requirements; drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple reporting areas; ensure a regular and systematic financial reporting to the business which is accurate, timely and insightful.**Job Description:****KEY RESPONSABILITIES:*** Deliver accurate and reliable output from specific tasks during monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes for control and reporting compliance* Work closely with FP&A to support delivery of (1) insightful reports for internal management reporting and for Group reporting, (2) ad-hoc financial analysis of Actual performance, (3) best in class financial information and analysis to CEO, CFO and Leadership team* Support continued improvements in quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes, in collaboration with the wider finance team* Maintain a working relationship with other teams and stakeholders in other Finance pillars.Provide appropriate technical analysis and advice to key partners, working within the team to solve complex problems* Support control and reporting compliance including support in preparing technical accounting memos* Support the audit process, liaising with external audit on appropriate workstreams* Support continual improvements in quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes, in collaboration with the wider finance team* Assist in developing new reporting formats and analytical tools with the Group, to drive improved financial insight and performance**REQUIREMENTS:*** 2/3 years previous experience in Audit firms* Master of science in Business administration* Knowledge of accounting (ITA GAAP, IAS IFRS)* Fluent in English* Advanced knowledge of the Office package especially with Excel* Knowledge of SAP (BPC), D365 is a plus* Problem solving; capacity of working under pressure and with tight deadline.* Experience in Media field is a plus* A desire to evolve, innovate, and enjoy what you do.***\ "Beware of Job Scams.**We areaware of several scams targeting job seekers and candidates.Please be vigilant.All communication throughout the recruitment process will be from an official member of the dentsu recruitment team, using corporate ).We will never ask you to send money or vouchers to secure employment.If you suspect you have been a victim of a scam, please report the incident to your
