Xiaomi Italy now has several vacancies for fresh graduatesYou can join as intern first and will have chance to get official offer after the internshipGraduation Period : From 1st Aug **** to 31st Dec **** Language skills : Italian and English.If you can speak Chinese would be a plus.1.Sales Specialist: Responsibilities: Expand market business, develop effective promotion plans, and achieve sales targets; Build trust with major customer wholesalers/retailers; Gain a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of major customers, with a focus on smartphones; Continuously propose solutions that meet their goals and expand relationships with existing customers; Track and analyze sales data from wholesalers/retailers; Requirements: Familiar with the smartphone industry and have a strong interest in mobile phones; Familiarwith market customers, retail customer sales experience preferred; Have strong sales skills, be able to negotiate with customers and obtain customer resources; English can beused as a working language 2.Store Retail Responsibilities: Promote and represent the Xiaomi brand with enthusiasm.Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Xiaomi products; Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements; Handle transactions, including cash and card payments, accurately and efficiently.Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing product displays; Maintaincleanliness and orderliness of the store; Keep up-to-date with the latest product features and promotions; Assist with any other tasks assigned by the store manager.Requirements: Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered as a plus; Previousretail or sales experience preferred, especially in consumer electronics.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for technology.3.Delivery Specialist Responsibilities: Manage localization projects and drive the transition to full-category direct supply, to achieve localized business objectives; Liaise with key accounts (KA) to handle demand forecasting, order management, and inventory coordination, ensuring timely, high-quality, and accurate Purchase Order (PO) delivery; Support GTM and retail teams in implementing full-category direct-to-store delivery and new retail initiatives while managing full-category inventory at local warehouses; Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and warehousing teams to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time, resolving any issues that arise during the process; Improve operational efficiency through effective management of rework, inventory transfers, and local warehouse operations; optimize deliveryKPIs through continuous monitoring, analysis, and strategic improvement; Maintainsmooth communication between headquarters and regional/national teams, ensuring the efficient and accurate transmission of critical delivery-related information.Requirements: Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered as a plus; Strong analytical, data processing, and problem-solving skills.Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields is preferred.4.Retail Specialist Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact person between regional departments, headquarters, and individual countries, responsible for overseeing retail strategy planning, goal setting, implementation, and business results within the managed countries; Coordinate retail management across professional business units, such as category operations and store operations within the regional department, to standardize outputs and provide unified empowerment and supervision to frontline teams; Collaborate with the GTM and Marketing teams in the regional department to establish an integrated process.Break down sales goals into retail objectives and tactical plans, providing guidance and monitoring for implementation at the national level; Develop an in-depth understanding of the retail landscape in the managed countries.Adapt regional strategies for local contexts, assist in setting and decomposing retail goals, and formulate strategies for implementation.Offer tailored methodologies and best practices for different market types; Oversee and follow up on the entire retail launch process in the managed countries.Monitor retail operations, gather data, conduct analysis, and produce reports.Requirements: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in retail.Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Internship experience in retail-related roles is preferred, especially in overseas sales or the mobile phone/consumer electronics industry.
