Per nostro Cliente, SGR operante nel settore del Venture Capital, siamo alla ricerca di un/a INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE / VICE PRESIDENT La figura sarà coinvolta a tutto tondo nell'intero deal cycle – dallo scouting/origination di nuove opportunità fino al closing delle operazioni di investimento – e nella gestione e valorizzazione delle portfolio companies.Responsibilities La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Individuare e analizzare nuove opportunità di investimento; Supportare le attività di valutazione economico-finanziaria e rendicontazione periodica; Coordinare e partecipare attivamente ai processi di due diligence; Seguire la gestione operativa e strategica delle società in portafoglio; Contribuire agli aspetti contrattuali legati alle operazioni di investimento.Your Profile Laurea preferibilmente in discipline tecnico-scientifiche (ingegneria, fisica, matematica) o economiche; 3-8 anni di esperienza maturata in fondi di Venture Capital, società di consulenza o realtà aziendali; è considerata un plus l'esperienza in fondi specializzati in deep tech ed energy; Forte curiosità intellettuale e interesse per il mondo degli investimenti; Competenze analitiche solide e capacità di valutazione critica di progetti complessi; Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese.Location: Milano #LI-UB1
