Per importante azienda del settore alimentare, con stabilimento produttivo di grandi dimensioni e ad alta complessità siamo alla ricerca di un/una Plant Director.La figura avrà la responsabilità complessiva del sito produttivo, coordinando le funzioni operative e garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di performance, qualità, sicurezza e sostenibilità, in linea con la strategia aziendale.Responsabilità principaliDirezione e coordinamento di tutte le funzioni di stabilimento (Produzione, Manutenzione, Qualità, Logistica, Sicurezza).Gestione di strutture articolate e team numerosi, con forte focus su leadership e sviluppo delle risorse.Definizione e monitoraggio dei KPI di stabilimento (efficienza, costi, qualità, servizio).Garanzia del rispetto delle normative HSE, qualità e sicurezza alimentare.Collaborazione costante con il top management e le funzioni centrali.RequisitiEsperienza consolidata (10+ anni) in ruoli di responsabilità all'interno di stabilimenti industriali strutturati, preferibilmente nel settore food.Precedente esperienza come Plant Manager / Plant Director o ruolo equivalente.Capacità di gestione di contesti complessi e volumi produttivi elevatiLaurea tecnica o gestionale.Ottima conoscenza delle normative di qualità e sicurezza alimentare.
