Context & EnvironmentTotalEnergies is a multi-energy company active in the production and marketing of oil, biofuels, natural gas, renewable energies, and electricity.Present in 130 countries, TotalEnergies places sustainable development at the heart of its projects to contribute to technological advancement in the energy sector and to protect the planet in the face of climate challenges.We operate across the entire energy value chain, from the exploration of new resources to distribution to the end consumer.Our 100,000 employees are committed to delivering better energy—more affordable, reliable, cleaner, and accessible to as many people as possible.TotalEnergies' mission is to meet the world's growing energy demand by evolving toward a lower-carbon energy mix and increasingly environmentally responsible operations.That's why TotalEnergies has announced its goal to achieve net-zero emissions by **** across its global activities, from production to the use of energy products sold to its customers.Gasket International Srl, part of Hutchinson SA since ****, together with its subsidiary Gasket (Suzhou), represents the Group's division dedicated to the production of components for industrial valves.The company operates across multiple markets, including Oil & Gas, Power, and Chemical, supplying its products to more than 20 countries worldwide, with installations present in over 50 countries.ActivitiesWe're looking for an experienced IT professional to lead and optimize our technology infrastructure.This position combines strategic planning with hands-on management, ensuring reliable operations across on-premises and cloud environments.Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage.Implement secure, scalable solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.Coordinate the IT team and provide first-level Help Desk support.Manage and optimize the BASYS SAP ERP system to meet business requirements.Support the integration and implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for production processes.Work closely with management to define and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.Plan and manage system updates, migrations, and improvements.Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR, ISO *****, NIS2, and other regulations.Monitor system performance and implement backup and security policies.Manage vendors, validate contracts, and handle escalations to external consultants.Candidate ProfileProven experience managing IT infrastructure for medium to large organizations.Advanced knowledge of BASYS SAP and MES systems.Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, and Azure.Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewalls) and IT security.Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix), backup solutions (Veeam), version control (Git), and scripting languages (ABAP, Python, SQL).Knowledge of cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker).Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams).Relevant certifications such as CISCO, VMware, COBIT, ITIL are a plus.Fluent in English; French is a plus.Additional InformationTotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.ApplyFacebookEmailLinkedIn#J-*****-Ljbffr
