Company DescriptionMioDottore, part of Docplanner Group, in a mission to "make the healthcare experience more human", is the world's largest healthcare platform, serving patients and healthcare ecosystems in 13 countries across Europe and LATAM.We develop digital apps and software solutions for doctors, clinics, hospitals, and patients to streamline the healthcare process.Key features include free doctor reviews, instant Online appointment booking, and a network of nearly 2 million healthcare professionals serving over 260,000 customers globally.Backed by leading VCs like Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine, and Target Global, MioDottore, counts more than 500 people motivated by the mission of making the healthcare experience more human, in a joint effort with the ****+ employees working for Docplanner Group in 13 different countries across 2 continents.Growing organically since ****, Miodottore has reached roughly 9.6M unique patient visits and 3M bookings every month, positioning as the Italian and Global healtech operating system.Job DescriptionHow you'll contributeReporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will act as a strategic financial advisor to the Italian business.You'll collaborate closely with commercial teams, tax advisors, and external auditors, while owning budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analyses.This role is perfect for someone with a few years' experience at a Consulting/Audit firm, ideally followed by exposure to a commercial finance environment, who's looking to step into a highly visible in-house finance business partnering role.Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness to support the achievement of company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesInterface with external tax advisors and auditors, coordinating documentation and delivering clear explanations of our financialsMonitor actual performance vs. budget/forecast, identify variances, and propose corrective actionsSupport the budgeting and forecasting processes for ItalyPartner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to translate business objectives into financial targets, KPIs, and actionable insightsSupport compliance with Italian tax legislation and corporate governance requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersSupport ad hoc projects, including M&A due diligence, cost optimization initiatives, and system implementationsPromote and maintain a collaborative relationship between the Italian business and the Global Finance functions, ensuring seamless cooperation and information flowQualificationsWe are looking forBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in Finance, ideally in a Consulting/Audit firm and in a financial controller roleStrong technical foundation in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial modelingComfort working in a fast-paced scale-up environment, managing multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomyProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate complex financial data into clear business-focused insightsHands-on experience liaising with external auditors and tax advisorsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsHigh level of ownership, proactivity, and curiosityFluent in English and ItalianAdditional InformationWhat we offer:Total compensation aligned with your experienceStock options Plan after 6 monthsWelfare for you and your familyTicket restaurantSelf care platform accessSmartworking policy, based in Rome#J-*****-Ljbffr
