Would you like to join a leading international energy company that is shaping a greener future through innovative energy solutions and substantial investments in renewable energy sources?Are you looking for the opportunity to independently lead and coordinate complex investment renewable energy projects while applying your expertise to the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly technologies?Do you want to work in a dynamic international environment where professionalism, responsibility, proactivity, and effective communication are key to success?We have an exciting engineering challenge for you.Our client, a leading international energy company that is building the foundations of future-focused, environmentally friendly technologies through long-term investments in renewable energy sources, is looking for an independent and experienced Project Manager who is eager to actively contribute to creating a better tomorrow.Key Responsibilities Planning, organizing, and managing international investment projects in the field of renewable energy, with a focus on solar power plantsPreparing, reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating technical, project, and investment documentation, and participating in obtaining all necessary permits and approvalsEnd-to-end management of processes, from the development phase and investment decision-making to execution and handover of the project into operationLeading, coordinating, and supervising project teams, and effectively allocating tasks and responsibilitiesOrganizing and coordinating external contractors, including monitoring deadlines, costs, and quality of executionClose cooperation with other departments and companies within the entire divisionEnsuring quality of execution in accordance with technical standards, project requirements, and best practicesEnsuring project compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and internal standardsRequirements Degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant technical fieldProven experience in managing complex and financially significant projects in an international environmentWillingness to work in the field and experience with operational monitoring of projects at various locationsGood knowledge of renewable energy; experience with solar power plants is an advantageExperience in leading, coordinating, and organizing diverse project and execution teamsHigh level of responsibility, reliability, and work ethicStrong proactivity and ability to work independently and make decisionsExcellent organizational and leadership skills, along with a strong sense for working with people and effective communicationProfessional proficiency in English, both written and spokenWe Offer Opportunity to work in an international team of a leading global energy company with a strong reputation and long-term visionCollaboration with highly qualified and experienced professionals who encourage knowledge sharing and professional growthOpportunities for advancement and long-term international career developmentThe opportunity to acquire and deepen modern technical knowledge and work on technologically advanced, high-value projectsStable and secure employment in a socially responsible company that actively contributes to sustainable developmentA competitive compensation package with additional bonuses for successful project completion#J-*****-Ljbffr
