Evotec is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SVPHead of Commercial Operations to setup and lead the development and optimization of commercial processes tools,analytics and support systems to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and customer-centric execution and overall commercial performance.This pivotal role will focus on improving sales effectiveness, streamlining business processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the commercial organization.The role will include oversight of proposal management, CRM and sales process optimization, and pipeline insights.The ideal candidate will have a strongtrack record in commercial strategy, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to drive impactful change and deliver value to both internal stakeholders and clients Key Responsibilities: Establish and oversee a unified global proposal process across all Evotec sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency.Implement and manage key commercial tools to streamline the sales process and drive effective execution.Guarantee that customers consistently receive exceptional service from Evotec.Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure commercial targets are met, including proposal turnaround times.Partner with commercial leadership to operationalize go-to-market strategies.Act as the primary liaison between legal and other commercial teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.Qualifications: Operational Background in Pharma, Biotech, or CRO Industries: Extensiveexperience in senior executive roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or contract research organization (CRO) sectors, with a strong understanding of operational challenges and strategic priorities.Project
