Per un importante provider, leader a livello globale di dispositivi di rete e prodotti per la domotica, ricerchiamo:Network Support Engineer 2° livelloSiamo alla ricerca di una figura di High Level Help Desk che entrerà nel team dei technical support per la gestione del troubleshooting relativo al mondo Networking e dei prodotti venduti.Si occuperà di diagnosticare e risolvere i problemi in modo tempestivo, documentando i ticket di supporto e segnalando/scalando eventualmente al livello superiore il problema.E' garante della accuratezza e tempestività della risoluzione degli incidenti secondo gli accordi sul livello di servizio.Requisiti:Titolo di studio ad indirizzo Informatico Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel supporto tecnico in ambito NetworkingSolida conoscenza dei protocolli di rete e delle architetture di reteEsperienza pregressa sui dispositivi di rete aziendali, quali Router, switch e punti di accesso wirelessCompetenza nell'analisi di log e soluzioni tecnicheInglese di ottimo livello (il primo step dell'iter selettivo si svolgerà in linga inglese)Certificazione CCNA o CCNPEsperienza nell'uso di tool di ticketing come ZendeskResponsabilità:Fornisce supporto tecnico remoto e in loco per la risoluzione dei problemi dei prodotti nel Post-venditaFornisce soluzioni tempestive ed efficaci per ridurre al minimo l'impatto sui clientiCollabora con i team di vendita e ingegneria per garantire l'implementazione adeguata delle soluzioni Risponde ai principali clienti in merito a problematiche tecniche per garantire un alto livello di soddisfazione Si coordina con il team L3 per diagnosticare e risolvere sfide tecniche avanzateOffre formazione tecnica ai clientiRaccoglie i feedback dai clienti sulle prestazioni del prodottoPartecipa alla validazione e ai test dei nuovi prodottiSede di lavoro: Cernusco Sul NaviglioModalità di lavoro: in presenza full time dal lunedì a venerdì.Assunzione diretta con l'azienda, RAL 40K + variabile.
