Coordinare e guidare il team di produzione, assicurando efficienza e allineamento agli obiettivi;?? Gestire le linee produttive in modo completo, dalla fase iniziale alla realizzazione del prodotto finito;?? Supervisionare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi, intervenendo direttamente sullo shop floor;??? Pianificare la produzione, organizzando turni, carichi di lavoro e disponibilità delle macchine;?? Garantire l'efficienza e l'affidabilità di macchine automatiche e impianti produttivi;?? Collaborare con qualità e ingegneria per il miglioramento continuo di processi e standard;?? Interfacciarsi con fornitori esterni per aspetti tecnici, impiantistici e di processo.Requisiti richiesti:?? Esperienza comprovata in ruoli di produzione strutturata (non limitata ad attività di fine linea);?? Conoscenza approfondita deiprocessi produttivie delciclo di vita del prodotto;?? Competenze sumacchine automatiche, impianti e tecnologie di produzione;?? Solido background tecnico, con conoscenze in ambitoqualità, tecnologia e processi;?? Capacità dipianificazione della produzionee ottimizzazione delle risorse;?? ??
