Sales Transport Manager (m / f / d) – Kufstein, AustriaImportant note – please read carefullyWe are ONLY interested in candidates with proven experience as :Freight ForwarderTransport BrokerTransport / Logistics Agency professionalWe are NOT interested in profiles coming from :Warehouse operationsPurchasing / procurementAdministrative rolesOr other logistics-related positions without direct commercial responsibilityMinimum required experience : 4–5 years in road freight sales or brokerage.Applications not matching the above criteria will be automatically discarded and will not receive a response.Who We Are we are a fast-growing logistics and transportation company operating across Europe, specialized in tailor-made road freight solutions.Our business is built on quality, speed of communication, and long-term partnerships with both clients and carriers.To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Sales Transport Manager who understands the freight market and can operate independently from day one.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage long-term relationships with existing and new customers in the road freight sectorActively acquire new clients and expand the company's customer portfolioPrepare and negotiate customized commercial offersWork closely with operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfactionMonitor market trends, rates, and competitorsAchieve and exceed sales targets with a strong ownership mindsetYour ProfileMinimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Freight Forwarder, Transport Broker, or within a Transport AgencySolid understanding of road freight pricing, margins, and market dynamicsStrong B2B sales and negotiation skillsFluent English requiredItalian, German, or another European language is a strong advantageHighly autonomous, target-driven, and commercially mindedWillingness to relocate full-time to Austria (38.5 hours / week)What We OfferFull-time, stable contract (38.5h / week)Annual gross salary range : €40,000 – €70,000 , based on experience and performancePerformance-based bonuses and additional benefits14 salary payments per year25 vacation days per yearFree German language course to support integrationContinuous professional development and real career growth opportunitiesModern office in the center of Kufstein, well connected and international#J-*****-Ljbffr
