Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is excited to offer a position for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent within our Logistics Company team' based in beautiful Greece.In this critical role' you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers in the logistics and transportation sector.Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries related to shipments' tracking deliveries' and addressing customer concerns effectively.If you have a passion for logistics' strong communication skills' and enjoy working in a vibrant environment' we invite you to join our teamResponsibilities - Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian for inquiries related to logistics and transportation services.- Assist customers with shipment tracking' delivery schedules' and logistics solutions.- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.- Document customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up.- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.- Stay updated on company services' policies' and industry trends to provide accurate information.- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.- Previous experience in customer service' particularly in logistics or transportation is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing excellent customer care.- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.- Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.- Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' if required.
