Job Description: Leonardo SpA è un gruppo industriale internazionale, tra le principali realtà mondiali nell'Aerospazio, Difesa e Sicurezza che realizza capacità tecnologiche multidominio in ambito Elicotteri, Velivoli, Aerostrutture, Elettronica, Cyber Security e Spazio.Con oltre ****** dipendenti nel mondo, l'azienda ha una solida presenza industriale in Italia, Regno Unito, Polonia, Stati Uniti, e opera in 150 paesi anche attraverso aziende controllate, joint venture e partecipazioni.Protagonista dei principali programmi strategici a livello globale, è partner tecnologico e industriale di Governi, Amministrazioni della Difesa, Istituzioni e imprese.All'interno dell'Area Cyber & Security Solutions , stiamo ricercando un/a System Engineer per sviluppo componenti di sistema per la nostra sede di Genova / Roma Laurentina.La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Sviluppare componenti di sistema per piattaforme Linux e Windows Implementare funzionalità di telemetria, monitoring e data collection Integrare componenti con sistemi distribuiti e piattaforme di processing Ottimizzare performance e gestire aspetti di concurrency e synchronization Collaborare con backend teams per definire interfacce e protocolli di comunicazione Implementare requisiti di sicurezza e seguire secure coding practices Titolo di studio: Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica, Elettronica, delle Telecomunicazioni o Fisica.Seniority : Expert (da 2 a 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, o più di 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi) Conoscenze e competenze tecniche: System programming con linguaggi moderni (C/C++, Python, Go) e multi-threading Linux e Windows system programming, kernel API e system calls Protocolli di comunicazione moderni e integrazione con microservices Performance optimization, profiling e debugging Competenze comportamentali: Ottime capacità comunicative e problem solving analitico Orientamento alla qualità del codice Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari Proattività nel knowledge sharing e security mindset Conoscenze linguistiche: Inglese professionale (B2) Competenze informatiche: Linguaggi system-level (C/C++, Python, Go) Piattaforme Linux e Windows per system programming Strumenti di debugging, profiling e testing Git avanzato e workflow di code review Altro: Disponibilità a brevi trasferte su territorio nazionale Esperienza in progetti di cybersecurity o data analytics è un plus Conoscenza di container technologies è un plus Background in settori quali finance, defense o telecomunicazioni è un plus Disponibilità a ottenere clearance di sicurezza è un plus Seniority: Expert
