Location OverviewJoin our team in Aman Venice.Set in Palazzo Papadopoli, one of the city's eight monumental palazzos on the Grand Canal, Aman Venice embodies all that is sumptuous and sensuous about La Serenissima.Rococo works of art are offset by the contemporary restraint of Jean-Michel Gathy interiors, while private gardens – rare in this floating city – are overlooked by opulent dining venues and spacious suites.Just a short walk away from Piazza San Marco, Aman Venice offers the perfect place from which to explore this romantic city, and to discover the hidden gems of the city while floating away on a traditional gondola.The PositionThe Events Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of all the events and will be part of the Events Team, reporting directly to the Events Manager.The candidate will have the opportunity to participate to special assignments and projects that will enhance their career development and growth.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the planning, implementation and follow up for all special events and buyoutCoordination of events' logistics, including public relations, production and distribution of Event RidersSupervising vendors' activities with basic set up and dismantling of set ups of events, coordinating vendors' activities and ensuring procedures are followed and in compliance with the property rulesWork closely with Events Manager to fulfill internal and external event planning committees and client groups to define event goalsRepresent and deliver service excellence that is in line with the organization's brandQualificationsPrevious experience in the same role is preferredFluent in verbal and written EnglishExcellent team worker and oriented to detailsProactive with excellent communication skills and customer service experienceAbility to accurately work multitasking under pressure with attention to detailsBenefitsExcellent growth and progression opportunity as an Events Professional in all Aman and Janu propertiesCompany uniform, laundry service and meals tickets on dutyWelfare plan in line with your contract packageComplimentary nights and discounted F&B and Spa rates in all Aman and Janu properties#J-*****-Ljbffr
