My client is looking to recruit a new Design Centre Manager in Q1, in the city of Bergamo, located less than an hour from Milan.The company is well funded, rapidly growing, and has ambitious plans for **** and beyond.The position will be responsible for building and growing a complex team of Semiconductor professionals, focusing on the development of new cutting-edge integrated material chips.Responsibilities and qualifications:Previous experience managing multi-functional teams across digital design, analog design, mixed-signal, verification, applications engineering, and physical design.Knowledge of silicon IP / chip development.Confident background in an R&D function.Preferred: experience with new or advanced process technologies.Local Italian speakers who are also fluent in English would have an advantage; non-Italian speakers who are fluent in English will also be considered.Visa sponsorship and relocation available for the right candidate.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSemiconductor Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
