ABOUT US Indie Campers, the go-to campervan Marketplace, is on a mission of making road trips available to everyone.Thanks to its digital approach and customer-centric orientation, Indie Campers has developed a strong booking experience and high-quality road trips at affordable prices.With over one million nights rented through our travel platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries.We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.Rooted in a deep technological focus, our challenges are both exciting and demanding and require top talent and motivation to be successfully pursued.We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey.THE ROLE We're on the lookout for passionate students or recent graduates who want to dive into the exciting world of RV and campervan rentals and gain hands-on tourism experience at our Bergamo Depot located in Orio al Serio .As our Tourism Operations Intern , you'll be the friendly face of our brand - welcoming guests, setting them up for road trips of a lifetime, and ensuring their journey ends just as wonderfully as it began.If you thrive on meeting new people, love a challenge, and enjoy the buzz of a fast-paced environment, your next adventure starts hereWHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Front-office activities: Customer service and sales: Take care of check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, upsell road trip extras.Back-office activities: Operations handling: Align the reservations with the available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.Quality control: Maintain the campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.Support activities: Support the team in monitoring the existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, troubleshooting operational issues.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field looking for an internship; You are fluent in English, have a work permit (if applicable), and a valid driver's licence (for both manual and automatic vehicles); You like international environments and meeting new cultures; You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation; You have a problem-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty.THE INDIE COMMITMENT All internships are compensated; Online and on-the-job training to develop relevant skills to your growth: guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, communication, team spirit, organization, time management, fleet coordination, supplies management and logistics; International opportunities and possibility of integration in Indie Campers after the internship.Are you ready to Go Indie?
