Questa è un'interessante opportunità per entrare a far parte di una dinamica start up con alle spalle un solido gruppo internazionale.Il business del nostro cliente è la vendita di frutta B2B e punti vendita food.Nello specifico, per nostra azienda cliente, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Head of Retail La figura ricercata, si occuperà di: Gestire i 10 punti vendita a Milano Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato nel rispetto dei livelli di prezzo e di costi previsti, assicurando la massima customer satisfaction.Conseguire gli indicatori di performance (Kpi) nei punti vendita, anche definendo e proponendo azioni efficaci per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.Analizzare le vendite, gli scostamenti dai target e proporre i necessari interventi correttivi.Garantire la corretta e completa attuazione della politica commerciale nei punti vendita e del modello di servizio aziendale.Sviluppare azioni strategiche volte allo sviluppo in ambito B2B La figura ideale viene da ruoli di Area Manager/Retail Manager/Capo Area da realtà retail, food e GD.RAL Indicativa: ****** € + premi + automobile Sede di lavoro: Milano
