Cost & Budget Analyst Product Portfolio Join to apply for the Cost & Budget Analyst Product Portfolio role at FAYAT Group.Position SummaryWe are looking for a Cost & Budget Analyst to join our team and support cost tracking, budgeting activities, and product portfolio analysis.The role is ideal for a mid-level professional with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel expertise, capable of transforming data into actionable insights for business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and track project costs, ensuring accuracy and transparency.Analyse budget vs actual deviations and support forecast updates.Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.Perform profitability analysis by product, line, or portfolio.Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.Automate reporting processes and improve data efficiency.Provide financial insights to support pricing and portfolio decisions.Collaborate with engineering and finance teams through the Cleantech Organization.Required Skills & ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in cost controlling, budgeting, or financial analysis.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Pivot, advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX / MATCH, SUMIFS, IF, etc.), Power Query for data transformation, and VBA / macros (nice to have).Strong understanding of cost controlling, project planning and financial principles.Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus.Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.Proficient English is a must; French knowledge is a nice-to-have.SAP knowledge.Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields.Soft SkillsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent problem-solving skills.Clear communication and data storytelling capabilities.Proactive and structured approach.BenefitsA key role in a structured and evolving organization.Direct impact on business decisions and product strategy.Opportunities for professional growth.Continuous learning on data analytics tools.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionFinance and SalesIndustriesConstructionLocationFontanellato, Emilia-Romagna, ItalyJ-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
