We are currently looking for aStock Managerfor our Outlet in Serravalle Scrivia.As aStock Manager, you will be Responsible for: ensuring the stockroom organization to maximize the store productivity, monitoring the stock levels and supporting the activities of the Sale Staff, guaranteeing the stock and inventory control.Key ResponsibilitiesActs as the point person for maintaining and supervising all the inbound/outbound merchandise as well as the maintenance and organization of all back of house stock and supply areasBe a role model ensuring the highest level of client serviceRepresent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market placeManage the stockroom organization in order to contribute to the store productivity, in accordance with the DG directives and proceduresIn collaboration with the store management, be responsible for supporting the Sale Staff, ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor and shortening the waiting time of the clients, training support on system and stockroom guideline to new stock keepersGuarantee an effective people management of the Stock Staff: arrange and conduct monthly coaching sessions with his/her Staff to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback, handle the Corporate review process for the Stock StaffParticipate to daily store meetings to communicate current business trends, relevant updates and motivate the store employees to performEnsure replenishment is done systematically and accuratelySupervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor, prepare and control arrangement of articlesPlan and undertake inventory operations, and be a stakeholder in monitoring loss-prevention and unknown mark-downsCommunicate on a daily basis with article rotation and propose remedial measures where necessaryOversee and confirm all receipts, deliveries, outgoing packages, both retail and non-retailMaintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policiesRespond to Corporate regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, etc.Be competent in cash procedures and operations and, if needed, provides support to the cashiers teamRequirementsFluency inItalian and English.Other languages are considered a plus.Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Stockroom management and luxury retail.Strong team player.Location: Italy, Serravalle Scrivia#J-*****-Ljbffr
