client's team in Italy.The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in developing and executing product management strategies, establishing effective policies and processes, and leading a high-performing product management team.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle, conducting ongoing performance reviews, analysing product data to uncover insights, and partnering cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and ensure all product initiatives align with or exceed business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a clear product strategy aligned with company goals, leveraging market insights to identify new opportunitiesConduct competitive and market analysis to anticipate customer needs and emerging trendsDefine and maintain the product roadmap, collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize high-impact featuresLead the full product development lifecycle—from concept and requirements gathering to execution and launchPartner with engineering teams to translate requirements into delivery plans, ensuring timely and high-quality releasesOversee user acceptance testing, evaluate product performance, and drive iterative improvements based on user feedbackCreate compelling product messaging and positioning, and support marketing teams in executing effective go-to-market strategiesPlan and manage successful product launches, coordinating across departments and tracking post-launch performanceBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively communicating progress and resolving issuesLead and develop the product team by setting goals, providing coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance cultureQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related disciplineMinimum of 10 years' experience in a comparable role within a multinational environment, including demonstrated people-management experienceStrong proficiency with product management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Aha) and related toolsSolid understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO, PPC, and SEMProven ability to lead and execute product management strategies across multiple countries and marketsExperienced in building, developing, and empowering high-performing teamsComfortable driving results in fast-moving, evolving environments, applying*****thinking
