Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more.SHG operates over 81 venues in 25 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Finance Manager for METT Milan Torre Velasca , our new Residences & Suites project located in the iconic Torre Velasca , in the heart of Milan.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations.Oversee the accounting and finance function, provide leadership, direction and guidance to the operations team.Manage all financial/operational accounting activities including monthly accounts, balance sheet, cash flow statement, flash figures, payroll, cash management, costing and budgeting.Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.Direct the monthly accounting close process on a timely basis.Lead the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.Oversee all audit and internal control operations.Assist Department Heads to improve their financial awareness and provide them with relevant financial information for their operations.Collaborates directly with the General Manager METT Milan Torre Velasca and VP Finance Sunset Hotels & Resorts to enhance financial awareness and provide actionable financial insightsMinimum of 3 years' experience as Finance Manager in hospitalityStrong communication skills in both Italian and professional-level EnglishSolid knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and related toolsKnowledge of local accounting principles and IFRSNavision, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
