Overview Venice, Metropolitan City of Venice, Italy Job Openings Sales Representative for the Italian Market w/ Relocation Bonus IncludedAbout the jobLocation: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)Employment type: Full-timeLanguage Requirements: Italian C2 and English B2We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives for a telecommunications client.This role focuses on selling products and subscriptions over the phone to customers in the Italian market.You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, presenting offers, and answering questions about products and services.The position also involves upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls and identify customer needs to close sales.Present product offers and resolve customer inquiries.Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.The position includes a 10-day intensive training period, covering product knowledge, software tools, and customer management.You will work on a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Saturday, with Portuguese public holidays and holiday bonuses.Additionally, a relocation package is provided, offering company-rented accommodation for the first 14 months of your stay in Portugal.QualificationsAbility to communicate in Italian (C2) and English (B2).Willingness to relocate to Portugal for on-site work.Experience in sales and customer service is desirable but not explicitly required in this description.Please upload your CV in English, don't miss this opportunity and apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
