social trends, and can balance creativity with organization, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate fresh, engaging content — from concept to delivery — across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube (video, photo, copy)Plan and manage content calendars in line with brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural momentsShoot and edit agile, trend-led content such as DIY, ASMR, recipes, or viral momentsPartners with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers to co-create standout social campaignsMonitor emerging trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keep brands ahead of the curveMaintain a consistent voice and visual identity across all channelsBuild and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a reliable and creative point of contactManage briefs efficiently — prioritizing tasks, balancing workloads, and ensuring timely delivery of top-quality assetsUse project management tools to organize, track, and report on deliverables and progressSkills & Experience3–5 years of hands-on experience creating content, ideally for consumer brands or in the FMCG sectorProven track record in client-facing roles, managing projects from brief to final deliverySkilled in short-form video creation and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, Canva, etc.)Strong understanding of social culture, trends, and storytelling formats (especially Instagram Reels and TikTok)Excellent creative eye for design, composition, and brand storytellingComfortable working within brand guidelines while adapting tone and visuals to each platformSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience using project management tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Monday, Trello) is
