We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth for a portfolio of luxury train journeys designed for the world's most discerning travelers.Based in Rome, this role will focus on developing international sales strategies, building strong relationships with high-end travel partners, and positioning luxury rail travel as a premier experiential offering worldwide.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute international sales strategies for luxury train experiences- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners- Represent the brand at global trade shows and luxury travel events- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning- Monitor performance, identify market trends, and drive new business opportunities- Ensure an exceptional pre-travel experience for elite clienteleWhat We're Looking For:- 5–7 years of senior sales experience in luxury hospitality or luxury travel- Strong international network within the high-end travel ecosystem- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills- Fluency in English and in Italian.Additional languages are a plus- Willingness to travel internationally- Passion for luxury travel, experiential journeys, and storytelling- This is a unique opportunity to be part of an iconic travel concept where heritage, design, and experiential luxury come together.
