Per azienda in fase di evoluzione, con opportunità di crescita e interazione con il management del gruppo, si ricerca un/una: PURCHASING MANAGER La figura sarà responsabile della gestione operativa degli acquisti diretti e indiretti, garantendo la disponibilità dei materiali e servizi nei tempi e costi previsti.Si interfaccia con il magazzino per le attività di expediting e per mantenere i livelli di stock richiesti dalla Direzione.Collabora con il Responsabile Procurement per l'allineamento alla strategia di acquisto e gestisce un budget di approvazione ordini.Il ruolo prevede interazioni costanti con l'Ufficio Tecnico e il Reparto Produttivo per la corretta definizione delle specifiche e la gestione delle priorità produttive.I fornitori attualmente sono per la maggior parte italiani, e gli acquisti riguarderanno componenti commerciali e custom a disegno, con tipologie che spaziano da schede elettroniche a lavorazioni meccaniche di macchine.Questo ruolo rappresenta una grande opportunità di conoscenza tecnica e gestionale Responsabilità principali Gestire il ciclo completo degli ordini di acquisto (diretti e indiretti) con budget assegnato Garantire il mantenimento dei livelli di stock come richiesto dalla Direzione.Negoziare condizioni operative con fornitori qualificati Collaborare con il Procurement Manager per definire le politiche di acquisto, supportare analisi di mercato e scouting fornitori.Garantire la conformità alle procedure interne e normative.Collaborare con Ufficio Tecnico e Reparto Produttivo Utilizzare strumenti di analisi (Excel, Power BI..) per reportistica e ottimizzazione.Redigere report periodici per il Procurement Manager.Monitorare KPI di acquisto (costi, tempi di consegna, qualità) per Audit ISO**** Requisiti Esperienza: 3-5 anni in ruoli di acquisto/purchasing in contesti industriali.Formazione tecnica per lettura disegni meccanici e, se possibile, schemi elettrici.Ottima conoscenza dei processi di acquisto diretti e indiretti.Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza avanzata di Excel" (analisi dati, pivot, formule complesse).Conoscenza funzionamento ERP, MRP e sistemi gestionali.Capacità di negoziazione.Problem solving operativo.Comunicazione efficace e collaborazione interfunzionale.Lingue: Inglese (Costituirà titolo preferenziale Inglese avanzato) La figura dovrà dimostrare dinamicità, voglia di crescere e disponibilità a mettersi in gioco in un contesto organizzato.Luogo di lavoro : Scandicci (FI)
