You will supervise theimplementationandmaintenanceof our company's computing needs.The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry's best practice processes.ResponsibilitiesLocalnetwork administration and configurationSystem engineeringfor existing and new sites: management of software and PCs queries; debugging; to set-up telematic infrastructure, Wi-Fi, printer network, as well as the web interface for the operational sideManagement of thelocal TMS, IT and computer systems, and support to the group IT team with theimplementationof thegroup TMSTounderstand and solve customers' needsand transfer the specifications to the group IT development team when appropriatePlan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operationsDesign, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and proceduresEnsure security of data, network access and backup systemsAct in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policyIdentify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in timeAudit systems and assess their outcomesPreserve assets, information security and control structuresHandle annual budget and ensure cost effectivenessEducation and professional experienceBS in Computer Science, or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant roleHands-on experiencesetting up telematic infrastructures, Wi-Fi, printer networks, and web interfaces for operationsHands-on experience withcomputer networks, network administration and network installationAprevious experience working with TMS(must have), and WMS (preferable)Key Requirements and SkillsExcellent knowledge ofC#, and ofASP.NETGood knowledge ofSQL servers (T-SQL)and ofVisual StudioKnowledge ofMVCandjQueryAbility to talk with customers, toanalyse and understand their needsEnglish(good level – B2); Italian (native or bilingual)Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systemsExpertise in data centre management and data governanceDynamic and proactive person with good interpersonal skills, familiar with working in teamExcellent aptitude fordiscussionandmentoringPassion forinnovation.
