At Alstom we understand transport networks and what moves people.From high-speed trains metros monorails and trams to turnkey systems services infrastructure signalling and digital mobility we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry.Every day more than ****** colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport Site/Depot Management in achieving EHS performanceDrive the implementation of EHS policy on the field according to the Alstom/Region/Country-Cluster guidelines and targets and the improvement of EHS results in the site.Advice help coach support operational management in the EHS actions implementation to reach Alstom EHS objectives.Prepare the local yearly EHS plan consistent with Alstom strategy and objectives.Mobilize and coordinate with others to meet those objectives and deploy the plan.Monitor the right deployment of the plan.Ensure EHS Risk Assessment is done & appropriate measures to control risks are defined for the Site.Prepare implement and maintain emergency plans at Site level (where applicable).Make sure activities of sub-contractors are under control with respect to EHS especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operational areas.Has full authority and must stop any operational activity resulting in an immediate high risk to People or the Environment.Lead the EHS function in the SitesMonitor assist coach assess develop the EHS teams in the siteConduct induction programs for new EHS people in the site.Involve social and medical partners and communicate with them about EHSDevelop Site/Depot EHS Management SystemDevelop deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools applicable to the Site specific for EHS Management System in line with Transport & Country/Cluster EHS Management SystemEnsure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan (AZDP) Transport Operational Performance in Environment Transport Key processes) are deployed at Sites level.EHS ComplianceMonitor compliance with all relevant statutory regulatory contractual and company requirements & propose actions to correct any gap.Maintain appropriate records and documentation of the Sites.Monitor historical pollution & associated risks.Develop EHS culture in the siteInfluence the site EHS performance: facilitate change and EHS continuous improvement.Built the site EHS communication plan.Prepare and implement an EHS training plan and program with the support from HR and a local EHS communication plan.Report Measure & ReviewEnsure that Accidents/Incidents are first prevented and when occurring reported recorded investigated and analyzed.Establish and communicate Return of Experience (REX) reports in case of severe or potentially severe accidents.Ensure Alstom EHS call for actions are deployed at sites level.Prepare and submit monthly EHS reports.Feed EHS reporting system in line with Group reporting requirements.Is accountable for data quality of the Sites.Organize and lead internal EHS audits and inspections of the EHS reporting process in the Country/Cluster.Previous ExperienceProfessional experience between 5 and 8 years (depending on the size of the Site).Experience of almost 3 years in Environment Health & Safety.Highly recommended experience in maintenance and/or manufacturing sites.Good knowledge and understanding of ISO***** and ISO*****.Deep knowledge of local legal requirements.Experience in railway is a plus.EHS auditor.Educational RequirementsUniversity Engineer or Business Degree.Health & Safety Qualification recognized by the enforcing authorities in the country of operation (when required).Preferable Degree level Environmental Qualification to Diploma or Degree level.Competencies & Soft SkillsTeamwork and leadership.Initiative and action driven.Communication skills.Analytic thinking rigorous mindset.You dont need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family youll be proud.If youre up for the challenge wed love to hear from youImportant to noteAs a global business were an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.Were committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone.Required Experience: ManagerKey Skills: Anti Money Laundering, Collection And Recovery, Domestic, Fusion, Air Conditioning, BrokerageEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1#J-*****-Ljbffr
